In the log in page, you can click on “forgot your password”. Here you can enter username associated with your account to receive a link to reset your password.

About products

How can I find a product?

You can either use the main menu on the left, the quick order option or the search bar.


Which criteria can I use in the search bar?

You can insert the product name or item code in the search field to find the product.


I cannot find a product that it is usually available. What can I do?

Whom can I contact for updates on new products/launches?

About orders

How can I reorder an order I have already placed once?

In “My account” you can go to the “My orders” tab and see all the previous orders. Clicking on “Reorder”, all the items of that specific order will appear in the cart. Keep in mind that doing so, products that might have been already in the cart will be replaced and eliminated.


Can I see all my previous orders?

In “My account” in the “My orders” section you will be able to see all previous orders made through Bugaboo Business. Orders placed through previous systems will not be visible.


I want to cancel/modify and order. What can I do?

Please contact our logistics team directly with your request via email.


I want to know product availability or the status of an order. What can I do?

Please contact the Customer Service department for further assistance.


How does “Quick order” work?

You can enter the item code and the quantity directly in the Quick order function.

Once you have placed the item code and the quantities, click on “Add to cart”; the products will appear in your cart. If you already have products in your cart, the items entered through “Quick order” will be added to the products already in the cart.


Where can I find my order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation by email and see it on the screen.

You can also see your order confirmations by going to “My account”, then “My orders” and selecting the order of which you would like to see the order confirmation.

In the home page, you can click on the “How-to guide” tab and you will find the complete user guide.


Bugaboo Business is not working, I get an error page. What can I do?

Can I change the language?

According to the country, it might be possible to change the language. You can change the language at the bottom of the page by clicking on “language”. This tab will show only if this option is available for your country.

Where can I find images of Bugaboo products to use in my store?

Bugaboo assets are located in in Bynder, You can go to the login page directly from Bugaboo Business by clicking on the Bynder tab.
